Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your Gbill account, this page explains the process, what data will be removed, and how to submit your request.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your Gbill account by following any of the methods below:

  1. In-App Deletion

    Open the Gbill app → Go to Settings → Tap Account → Select Delete My Account → Confirm your decision.

  2. Email Request

    Send an email to 333tte@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address or phone number associated with your Gbill account.

  3. Phone Request

    Call us at +91 866 741 6296 during business hours and request account deletion. You will be asked to verify your identity.

⚠️ Important Warning

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your data. Please make sure to export or save any important invoices, reports, or records before proceeding.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • All invoices and billing records you have created
  • Expense tracking entries and financial reports
  • Payment history and client contact details
  • App preferences and settings
  • Cloud backup data associated with your account

What Data May Be Retained

In certain circumstances, we may retain limited data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Legal Compliance: Transaction records may be retained as required by tax, accounting, or other applicable laws
  • Fraud Prevention: Certain data may be retained to prevent fraud or abuse
  • Pending Disputes: If there are unresolved disputes or claims, related data may be kept until resolution

Processing Timeline

Account deletion requests are typically processed within the following timeframes:

  • In-App Requests: Processed within 24–48 hours
  • Email Requests: Processed within 3–5 business days
  • Phone Requests: Processed within 3–5 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

  • You will be logged out of all devices immediately
  • You will no longer have access to the App's features
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • You may create a new account at any time, but your previous data cannot be restored
