Welcome to Gbill. By downloading, installing, or using the Gbill mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gbill, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
2. Description of Service
Gbill is a mobile billing application that allows users to:
- Create and manage invoices
- Track expenses and payments
- Generate financial reports
- Send payment reminders to clients
- Store billing data securely in the cloud
3. User Accounts
To use Gbill, you may need to create a user account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be fully responsible for all activities under your account
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Violate the intellectual property rights of Gbill or third parties
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed in the App are owned by Gbill and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business billing purposes only.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Certain features of Gbill may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
7. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gbill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Gbill's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Gbill at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the App or its users.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of Gbill after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, India.
